Ce livre fait ressortir la plénitude et la richesse de la Fête des Prémices. Existe-t-il une structure et un ordre quant à la manière dont Dieu sauve ? La fête elle-même est un « avant-goût » de la pleine moisson que Dieu recueillera. Nous savons déjà d'après 1 Corinthiens, chapitre 15, que Jésus-Christ est les Prémices. Ce que les lecteurs ne réalisent peut-être pas, c'est à quel point les principes des Prémices sont imbriqués dans l'ensemble de la Bible. La moisson est idiomatique du salut des hommes. Les prémices peuvent être identifiées dans Genèse 1:1, dans le tissu du verset. La fête joue un rôle très important à l'époque des troubles de Jacob. Apocalypse, chapitres 7 et 14, sont analysés.
Cet auteur explique quatre niveaux de la fête, en commençant par son accomplissement par le Seigneur Jésus-Christ, comme le premier niveau. Deuxièmement, une analyse systématique du compte de la création du règne millénaire du Messie. Troisièmement, une ventilation complète des événements pendant les troubles de Jacob et la récolte agricole qui se produiront pour le peuple juif, dans la ville cachée. Cela se terminera par le salut de toute la maison d'Israël juste avant l'arrivée de la Seconde Venue, moment auquel Jésus les sauvera.
